Updateing my review to account for the new 1.0 release. The only pros are purely cosmetic and minor adjustments.

Pro: you can see what armor your wearing on your view model which has been a thing alot have wanted since forever.
Pro: The wooden chest has been turned into a wooden box that allows you to name it.
Pro: zombies wear a variety of different outfits keeping interactions fresh.

cool thats out of the way, now the cons.

Con: all animations are super slow now especially useing the wrench takes like 3-4 seconds between a hit.
Con: Zombie hitboxes are a joke and have been made even worse.
Con: they made the primitive bow worse partly due to the hit boxes thing. i cant even shoot a zombie in the chest without the arrow going through them. i watched a arrow go to a zombies head and then circle around its head and hit a tree not hitting the zombies.
Con: there dosent seem to be clothing items lie hoodies and such limiting player customization creativity.
Con: it seems you cant color your armor.
Con: reloading bacically cripples you. you cant run you can barely walk you cant jump over a single block
your completley defenceless and putting it away takes 2 seconds before you can defend your self.
Con: zombies have more block damage than they should.
Con: infection speed has increased takeing you to 20% infection within 3 min.

The list goes on. i want to support the developers but only when they fix the issues. hopefully it will be sooner than later now that they cant hide behinde the "its in alpha" exuse.

conclusion: i dont recommend buying it in its current state. its to effed up to be worth $50.

if you put that money in a saveings account you will get more out of it there than purchaseing the game in its current state.
