This review was written after beating the main story of Death Stranding. I will not spoil anything, this game is something you need to experience with 0 knowledge of the story.

Death Stranding is probably the best game I have player. I bought it on sale and played it everyday ever since the purchase.

The story is the main point of the game but, contrary to what a lot of people say, the gameplay is very good.
People call this a "walking simulator" but I at least don't see it that way. Every delivery is a puzzle with multiple solutions, and all your gear are ways to make the puzzle easier.
Need to cross a mountain with a lot of cargo on you? Maybe you can take the main road, easier to cross with less bumps and overall length but you will have to stealth trough enemy territory risking damaging your cargo. Or maybe you want to go the long way around a mountain, but the path is very bumpy forcing you to be extra careful not to fall and damage cargo. There is a lot of way to complete every delivery and you can choose whatever you believe its the best for you.

The story is amazing, the writing is super good and the performance of the actors is top notch. Every character feels alive, from voice lines to body movements, even small movements when you are in a waiting area, they captured every single detail. Its hard to move on from the game after you finish, the story gets delivered in a way that makes you think about it for a while.

Overall I loved this, I regret not picking this up earlier.
