Hey there, welcome to my profile page.
Like the short description says, i'm a middle-aged, married daddy of 3 that likes to collect game and forgets to play them. Recently made some steps to change that. Play most of the time solo, and only MP if I can't avoid it. Love RPG, FPS and Action Adventure oriented games, but can also sink many hours into clickers and hidden object games.

I have played PC games for over 30+ years starting with Digger. Did a side-step to C64 (great demo scene) but returned to PC to play Space Quest. Never left my PC although lately I kinda fell in love with my PS4. Great machinery that keeps you focused on gameplay. Also owning Switch in there for portability and party reasons. For the record, I also have a GameCube, Wii, PS3, Vita and XBox 360 in good shape. For when I get nostalgic. Those plastic guitars are still awesome somehow.

The collection progress below is just a reminder that I won't ever be able to play all the games I own, i might now even touch every one. But hey who hasn't had books in his library he never touched? That reminds me, reading is my second passion (after my family and games). Fantasy and sci-fi are my favorite genres. Always a struggle to find decent times to read as you want to finish a book while a game you can just drop dead (in my experience)

Lastly I love music. Give me metal mixed with chiptune, some britpop, Metal, IDM and breakbeat and symphonic rock from the golden age (70's). Game soundtracks are of course favorite, so you better listen to Bloodborne, Skyrim, The Sun at Night and Dustforce.

Fallout3 took me a while to finish. According to my XFire account, it took me 80 hours, and I am not really sure that every hour was recorded. The game was just too good to rush, so I definitely took a lot of time looking at stuff, killing lots of unneccessary animals and doing lot of things you don't even get achievements for. But it was all worth the while, because the experience is just too great. Oh, I remember the first time I stepped out of the vault. Blinding it was and beautiful. 1 minute later I was killed by some stupid loners as I didn't exactly know how to fight. Such a shame. Afterward, I paid them back doubletime.

Many times I wondered what the big explosion would have been like if you blew up that first town. One that I rejected too fast. Perhaps one day I return as my evil brother...

I remember the hallucinative world, the moment that the animals didn't attack my anymore, the times I was to rescue someone from a toilet, the big airfield boat. etc. Just too good to be true so long time enjoyment. If you like RPG, just buy this and play it. period.
