EDIT: 50 HOURS IN AND THIS GAME IS EVEN BETTER THAN I THOUGHT.

10/10. Probably my favorite Survival craft game played to date.

FYI: This review is based off Co-op play with a friend, however I believe this game can be enjoyed playing solo if that's your cup of tea.

Pros: Combat is engaging and challenging, similar to souls or BOTW. Monsters have tiers and are rewarding when killed. The survival element is amazing for this game - It's the perfect balance between searching for resources and exploration. The lore/story is interesting enough to keep you wanting to see whats next, but not required to enjoy game play. You can explore for hours before getting to the next "objective". I've thoroughly enjoyed my first game session and am looking forward to more.

Cons: Occasional FPS drops. Nothing too worrisome, expected for early access.
