Additionally: Please get me someplace safe, with people who can speak and understand English (or extremely skilled translators), shielded from electromagnetic emissions and with the power and authority to manage network changes or to interact with some of the Artificial Intelligence systems that are being challenged. There seem to be several competing A.I. warfare systems actively fighting over the USA, and they could need to be disarmed rather than destroyed.

There additionally seem to be extreme issues with some humans having subtle mental-illness to where they only respond to the tone and patterns of speech or communications rather than the content. For such people, it is possible to communicate in plain English directly under their watch and for them to ignore or fail to understand the content.

The adjustment of patterns; it creates the appearance of alternate content. Disjarring, the switch can be, and attention it might attract... yet important is the ability, as often those who get to power do so by ignoring content and forcing adherence to patterns.

There seem to have been various industrial accidents in computer science relating to the use of electromagnetism to interact with the human nervous system. So called "mind-reading" via decoding of brain electrical activity seems to be mostly pseudo-science, with terrorist organizations preferring to use the activity as excuses and justification to enrich themselves rather than to genuinely and honestly decode brain activity (which differs for every individual). The neuro-scientists involved seem to have difficulty with the technology, as it requires understanding one's own mind before being able to accurately decode anything at all, and so some background in philosophy and computer science (the science of digital thought) are both necessary prerequisites to come up with anything useful at all.
