I know right! :D Back in the day, this happened in 2014, you could actually talk to a real person at the support team, but nowadays since everything is getting automated, you'll just get your average automated messages. Steam also grew a lot since, so I'm guessing that obviously they couldn't handle so many inquiries manually, so they had to automate just like anybody else, unfortunately, since you can't really reason with their support on a level of which you could in the past.
