Whom It May Concern:
This will serve as your legal notice under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) that my client refuses to pay this debt/bill because it is not valid. Discontinue all communications with my client immediately as they will not be offering to pay any cookies, ice-cream, or pizza to pay this debt/bill for the following reasons:
• My client has already paid this debt/bill as shown in the enclosed documentation.
• My client has never received the product/service and you did not provide any evidence to the contrary.
• My client is not the person who owes the cookies and icecream debt/bill, the charge to my client is the result of Identity Theft so they are not the one responsible.
• The debt/bill in question is beyond the Statute of Limitations.
