Hey Grogwind. Just saw your comment. No, you did exactly what you should have done in that thread you linked, and exactly what that user that posted it did NOT want you to do...they just wanted to vent and have others to vent with them. You offered to help try to figure out what his issues were, and when people have their mind made up that "it's Steam" and not MY computer/hardware/connection, then there is not much you can do to change their minds, sadly.
