While the gameplay is overall engaging and fun for someone who generally does not enjoy MMO's : Hope that you never have to interact with support due to making a mistake. They're quick to help you when it's regarding payments, but will not budge one step in other support departments such as accidental item deletion. Some guild mates seem to have had a completely opposite reaction, so it might depend on the employee.

Along with Desync and terrible Performance the player base is also one of the worst. Don't trouble yourself with the purchase.
