Too many smurfs and too many HACKERS. Yes, HACKERS. At least 30% of those you play with in competitive will be HACKING and that's a low estimate provided from vacstats (the real number may be higher than 50%.) That being said, Valve does very little combat this problem and flash sells the s*** out of this product for the money it generates (ban one account so the person will just purchase another [or two, or three]). Overall, my experience with Valve through this product has jaded my perspective on the future of multiplayer gaming with their company. However, I'm told ESEA on the other hand provides a much better service for those who enjoy the game as a sport.
