I don't see what this game does, that SQUAD doesn't already do? It seems like the same game pretty much, but more barebones.

Absolutely horrid AI. The game would be fine in itself as an escape room experience, but the ghost girl is absolutely ruining the experience.

Revisiting this game after a few years, and I can now say I am in love! A stark contrast to my previous review, which I do still stand by, for what the game was back then. I'd definitely recommend it now, as the things I mentioned have gotten better.

The 2.0 update definitely did its job :)

Hype and bugs/glitches aside, this game is not very good.

It's just not the immersive open world RPG it was promised to be. There is NOTHING to do in the world other than the missions. You can't interact with the world in any meaningful way. I tried to buy a hotdog from a street vender, but all I got was an extremely angry "AND WHO THE ♥♥♥♥ ARE YOU?" Completely ruined the little immersion I had. NPC AI is basiically non-existent outside scripted missions. The cars in the city don't react to anything, and just follow a straight hard coded path on the roads.

I mean, for crying out loud, it's a CYBERPUNK themed game, and you can't even customize your character after the inital creation?! You can't even get a new haircut...

Many people seem to love the combat in the game. This is not a sentiment I share. If you're anything like me, and you hate typical (white, green, blue etc.) color coded loot in shooter games, then this is NOT for you. I mean, enemies have levels which mean you can shoot someone in the head 10 times without them even flinching. All because you have a green level gun and not the better blue one!

So to sum it all up, hard pass.

This game is amazing, even though it has some rather big optimization issues.

I can deffinitely recommend it for something like the Wasteland gamemode!
