Better than any other ''Arcade'' style tank combat game. Fun game to play (with arcade i just mean not hyper realism like)

The base and idea of Squad is great, community is great, but what really is the big downside to this game is its performance,

To give a little headsup before you question my PC's spec's, My PC is rather decent, I can run pretty big titles on normal graphic settings without lag or low frames,

With Squad, thats a whole different issue, Whenever you start the game, it typically takes you 10 minutes to load the main menu, after than, you will experience massive lag/framedrop to the point where opening the server browser becomes nearly impossible. When u finally pick a server, you better be prepared to wait 10 more minutes to connect and load your way in. After that, when ur finally in the game, you should be prepared to put ur settings to the lowest possible to be able to play the game with somewhat a higher amount of frames

Squad is not worth it, even for a game that is still in alpha. Constant framedrop and lag makes it damn impossible to enjoy.
Save yourself some time and money, and search for a game that isnt running on servers that were created back in the dial-up era.
