Trailmakers is a really good game. it is like scrap mechanic but it actually gets updates and is much better and does not abuse anything. the dlcs come out with every update but that update has stuff that is the same as the dlc just worse but not as worse. it is a very good game and has alot of balanced systems. the only bad thing about it is that there is no 1x1x1 block. They might plan on making it but not anytime soon, but we are fine without it.

I wouldn't say its better as the two games are very different. Scrap Mechanic is heavier on survival and things the player can do while Trailmakers is entirely about building and less about the character/story/survival and similar.

The dlcs are overpriced for what they add.
