It’s already so cold outside
Though the water is hot.

I am still nameless.
There’s nothing I can do about it.

I’m not that bored
But it sure is cold outside…

“I’m a frog.
I’m still living inside a well.”

A little king lives
Just like that.

They’ve already got a name
But they’re not strong.

Things don’t go smoothly at all.
They don’t tell a single lie.

“I’m heading home.
I’ll head back to the water and fade away.”

And thus,
The nameless god faded away.

Who will change
The little king?

What will kill
The nameless god?

This is a tale from the distant past.
It’s the first tale.

This tale will someday
Return to the beginning from here.

“Even if you don’t know where you’re headed, you should always go with your own flow.”
I suppose I’ve always dreamed of living life so free.

“Hey, Why don’t you take a look in the mirror?
　Do you have any idea what your face looks like?
　　When’s the last time you cared to check?”
“Hey, You know you’re always going on with that polite tone of yours?
　It’s a bit idiotic – Doesn’t it tire you out at all?”

“You always look like you know what you’re doing,
　but you really are clumsy and tactless aren’t you?”

Et cetera.
Throughout each busy day, with the occasional unkind comment wearing me down,
Even I want to stop everything every now and then.

But whenever I feel that way,
I just release myself to the sky.

- I become the wind: free.
- I become the wind: emptied.

By flying, until I’ve had enough, I can be invincible.

- I become the wind: unbound.

With my wings slicing through the roaring wind,
I sing a hymn to freedom.

“Hey, Don’t you have any manners, tramping into someone else’s territory?
　Is this what you do? Trespassing in the name of reporting?
　　Do you really like getting yourself into scrapes like this?”
“Hey, If you keep doing things to make others hate you,
　You know, someone’s really going to do you in one day don’t you?”

“You act like everything’s under control,
　but you’re just barely hanging on aren’t you?”

Et cetera.
Beaten with “impressions” of me that won’t be any use in an article,
Even I want to stop everything every now and then.

But whenever I feel that way,
I part ways with the ground.

- I become the wind: free.
- I become the wind: clear.

Even if I’m small, I’m a fragment of a grander, endless beyond.

- I become the wind: illusion.

With my wings slicing through the roaring wind,
