I just got into anime about a year ago and anime trumps every hobby for me. I want to be that guy that goes overboard with the anime posters, figurines, manga & anime collection. I always look at all the stuff I could buy but never do because I know how most people will react to it. Only a few friends know how I religiously watch anime when I have free time. I hate that I live in a world that hardly judges people that watch ♥♥♥♥ like The Kardashians or anything on TLC or MTV but if you watch anime which is full of beautiful artwork, fantastic soundtracks, unforgettable stories, and life lessons; you get hardcore judged. It has just caused me so much stress because I want to openly like anime but also just be accepted for it by the majority. Does anyone feel like this at all?
