his contract was ♥♥♥♥, he has no grounds
you will get your stuff back if you say what you had, and press charges.
breaking and enetering occured, people were not supposed to be there, fire code, contract was invalid, and much more. he is the one on the lease and no third party signing the contract in a lawyers point no propper dates, or anything.
pretty much got a lawyer to talk, and he is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in a legal standpoint, for running fraudulant renting buiseness and ♥♥♥♥.
I suggest ask for him direct for an under the counter payment. for damages, rent he owes, and everything that was stolen.
i suggest 6k usd. monthly payment of 300-600.
