If you wanted to play a cool game with planes in 2D space, think about this one twice, this one is not for everyone. The game is very challenging and time consuming. It requires a good amount of luck which I don't have and a decent skill to actually use it. It's a very well made arcade game. The balance is quite good and the game mechanics are as sharp as ever, Vlambeer knows it's stuff. But the game has a weak point with missions. Most of them are done in one or two attempts without any trouble, but some will take you hours without any success just because you were unlucky. I had genuine trouble with the mission that required you to take out laser ace. It took me around nine hours in which I got them to spawn six times. And it wasn't just trouble with my skill. But despite that, missions make this game work a bit more then just an arcade. You get much more stuff to do and it makes you want to play more. I think not many will actually complete the game and it's fair. But on the good side you know that it's a well made arcade game which doesn't favor player in any way. Also the graphic design is quite amazing if you care about that...
