It's like if board games were inside the computer

I'm a big fan of the Ace Attorney franchise, but this one doesn't hit. The dialogue moves incredibly slowly, especially on Autoplay because the dialogue pauses for the animations to play out. There is a lot of repetition all throughout the game. All throughout the game if feels as though you have characters restating the same key points several times in a conversation. Several visual gags with really long, slow animations get repeated a frustrating amount (and they aren't that funny to begin with). This is probably just my personal preference, but so many of the characters are presented as either incompetent or clueless, and it really made me not become endeared to any of them. I've tried several times to give this game a chance, and it may simply not be for me, but it just isn't as good as the mainline series

I do wish Steam had a scale that you could rate things on, because I don't know that I think this game is altogether bad. I'd say it's more like a 3/5, and more likely it just isn't to my personal liking.

One of the best open world RPG's I've ever played. Well written with an engrossing setting. Combat is incredibly flexible. I've only played since the 2.0 update launched and have had no major bugs or glitches

This is my favorite Final Fantasy. It's not the best in the series but it's my favorite. I like the junction system, even if it's breakable, because it let's you customize the characters on a deep but simple to use system. I love the story even if Squall is an emo teenage idiot. If you like Final Fantasy, you probably already have an opinion on this one. If you haven't played Final Fantasy, I don't know how you got here, but play them all.
