This game could have been a fantastic successor to World in Conflict with a map scale like that of the wargame series (with the same pros and cons).
Now not even taking into account the performance issues this game suffers due to the Unity engine at this scale, where this game falls completely flat is the complete lack of a save game system or even checkpoints in the single player campaign, which is either an utter moronic design decision or genuine incompetence not being able to incorporate one from the get go. I will change this review should this be fixed but I'm not holding my breath.

I believe there was also the whole thing of not being able to play skirmish against CPU opponents but I've not yet tried and that was actually addressed.
There is also the whole discussion of PvP balance or lack-thereof, but that just comes with the territory.

In short, maybe worth picking up on sale or just go pick up a copy of World in Conflict on gog.

Great little colony management game coupled with tower defence style combat. Plenty of maps to play on and replayability with persistent upgrades to make it feel like you are still making progress even if you get wiped out.

Fantastic little sandbox game. Like Terraria but in space.

Best mmo sandbox i've ever played. Takes a little getting used to but the amount of freedom you get is insane. This game truely shines when you have people to play it with.

Its like a Tropical skyrim, without the problems that come with a bethesda game

I would recommend this to ANYONE who loves Zombies and/or RPGs. Brilliance.

Fantastic game, I would recommend to all those that like a mech game on the lines of the armored core sieres.
