IMO conflict is based in deception, to believe otherwise is a misconception.
Where the deception lies is determined by the scale of ones perception.
How one should engage conflict is with an aim to grow your perception.
Conflict is inherent, it is impartial, it exists as a catalyst for/of change.
More than that one may often chose how and why to engage conflict.

People who cry about SS are the same people that cry when they lose at chess
they blame how the pieces move not their ability to evolve and adapt to the basic principles governing the game... which would be funny if it was not so fudgin' sad. time to grow up snowflake.
probably cry about g-strafe too... what's next no bhopping surfing and drop/slide shots?... no air-strafing? only ground combat? no jumpshots?
