This game is one I hold near and dear to my heart. Some of the greatest times I had as a kid was watching my favorite youtubers playing this timeless masterpiece if a game, and when i finally got a PC myself it was the first game i downloaded. And its given me some of the most fun ive had playing video games, I’ve gotten to meet so many amazing people in lobbies during my time playing this game.

That is why its so disheartening to see the sorry state that this game has fallen into, due to neglect and a lack of care from the company that created the game. The bot crisis has wrecked havoc on this game for 5 years now and Valve has done nothing but give false promises and putting bandaids on wounds that need stitches. Nearly every match you join in a casual game is plagued with Aimbotting Snipers and the occasional aimbotting heavy. The game is almost unplayable unless you go into community servers, or play competitive. This game is a timeless masterpiece that Valve has let fall into ruin.

Its a fun game, and pretty addicting for me. without paying attention i ended up dumping 15 hours into it on my first day. I will say it has occasional issues on startup, but once the game is actually running, its pretty damn fun.
