It's not perfect porting but not bad either..

Testing on AllyX with Rdna 3 and my PC with RTX 36 both going smooth, i'm not even touch the setting that deep only change the texture into highest

Honestly i don't understand why people Crashing and blaming the game, isn't that just your system is wrong or error then they couldn't fix it?
I mean it's pretty smooth to me, got stable 60 without crashing even a single time with high setting too, and so other people based on the comments..

If you guys had to tweak the setting just make it same with Spiderman Remastered or Miles Morales, tuned down by 1, like Highest became High, or Medium became Low

Me personaly doesn't notice in ps5 before but the first mission is kinda heavy on the particle side, blame Sandman okay..
