Haha, yes, yes they are. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddleja_davidii . I know them mostly as Butterfly-Bush tho. Turns out the people over here just translated that nickname and called it a day.

hello, the pic that you have placed in the chat i think are lilacs. but i havent seen a mixed color bush before. I base my answer on the pic of the flower, we have some of these but only in white and purple
