One of the only singleplayer games I have ever actually completed; let alone played multiple times over.

Also, Judy's ass during that diving mission.

This game is an unstable piece of ♥♥♥♥. If you do not play the game EXACTLY the way Rockstar wants you to; it will simply crash repeatedly. lmao

This is a terrible game with a terrible story. The player is effective on rails the entire time, the story is entirely uninspired and seems to be constructed from an assembly of common tropes, and there is incredibly little agency or ability to affect the story at all. Rockstar clearly wanted to say something -- though that something lacks much substance. This story is better suited for a second-rate television show or something, not a video game. The gameplay/QOL is also terrible, the control scheme on PC is one of the most frustrating to use out there.
Oh yes, let's put the rob and start a fight button right beside the greet button.
There are also definitely ways to softlock yourself out of most of the game and have to restart the save entirely. I ended up giving up and installing cheats.

Furthermore, a bunch of the mission failures make little to no sense. This game seems intent on milking every last minute of your time by wasting it. This isn't fun or engaging gameplay, it's on-rails BS.

10/10, would mix meth, bleach, and viagra again

I love arguing with my teammates using slurs. Makes the game for me.

Finally, a game where you can kill children! Not just that, but do it straight up in stone cold blood! Sweet!

I like that this game is a 'hard' simulation. It doesn't guess -- the villagers actually /do/ everything. I also like the way the towns tend to expand organically. The new map generator is a huge addition -- now every town can be truly unique and comes with different challenges depending on the map and where you found. I wish there was a search feature in the game - especially while playing modded there are a lot of buildings and resources -- sometimes I want to find where they are, or what I have already placed. For example, at minimum, when placing a well I'd love for it to highlight the others -- same for markets, bakeries, etc. When you get a town to 800+ people it is kind of large.

I also wish there was a button to automate immigration - I always miss newcomers. In fact in general I wish immigration got a rework -- the current system is nice in the early game but there's a point you can well outbuild the maximum vanilla immigration.

This game was truly terrible.

I choose anno over sleep. shocking for an ubisoft game.

It's like Overcooked, but without the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that just made me rage.

Being able to build your own kitchen is really useful, lots of little process optimizations and strategy to be done.
Multiplayer experience is really good, game supports the differentiation and my ex-food service friend said it sometimes sets up shockingly realistic clusterf--k situations.
Expect to fail a lot as you get started, this game gets hard fast.
But, when you fail, it seems to be your own fault beginning to end.
The Roguelite element adds a lot of replayability.

Expect to do a bit of googling before you know what things do, especially the cards.
