It is not a game but an interesting application use for making live wallpaper for PC

pros
+Insane workshop creation

cons
-most workshop background are from youtube video

neutral
-battery hog if you using a laptop
-Insane CPU USAGE

conclusion: great tools but when you shutdown and restart your pc, you must always open the program in order to use live wallpaper which is a bit of hassle.

With my I5-4440, and my current wallpaper it uses around 0.2% CPU and about 3MB of RAM.
Not sure what wallpaper are you running.

on your laptop you need to set it so it uses gpu instead of cpu, this increases performance and battery durabillity

check forums what steps you need to do for either amd or nvidia card(s)

Never goes above 5% cpu usage with a i7 5500u (2.4 ghz dual core) and when another software is maximized, it pauses the wallpaper, which reduces cpu usage of it to 0%. You can set it to boot with windows in the wallpaper engine settings.
