As much as I hated Life Is Strange: Double Exposure, I absolutely love Reunion. If you still have a bad taste from the last one, you can be certain this will fix the damage. I really enjoyed it.

One thing I’m especially happy about is that after so much heavy emotional stuff around Max and Chloe in previous games (especially the cheap emotional shots in Life Is Strange: Double Exposure), this game keeps things mostly wholesome and sweet. Without spoiling anything, there are some tense moments, but nothing that tries to force you into crying.

Performance-wise, the game runs well. I only had three brief stutters with FPS drops that lasted about a second each, and then everything was fine.

I really tried to think of something negative to say, and the only issue I found is a minor one: during conversations, if you exhaust every dialogue option, the final animation sometimes cuts off and characters snap into position for the “Goodbye” option. It’s a bit noticeable, but not a big deal.

There is just too much wrong with the game. Gameplay-wise it's okay. I didn't find that mechanic THAT fun but that doesn't mean it's bad. Just not really my sweet spot (unlike first LiS wich I really enjoyed). What IS wrong however is the story, characters and pacing of the game. I am not good at writing reviews so I will just say that you should either check Reddit but get spoilers or expect very little from the game. It's playable. I am not sad I spent full price on it. I am just super dissapointed what they did to Max and especially how poorly they written why Max and Chloe are split. Just feels out of character, even if you use the "But they have grown up." logic. They must have known doing that will anger most of the fan base. This game just feels alien to the first LiS - It felt like they written the whole story about different character and then just used Max as a poster girl to increase sales. Extremely dissapointed even tho the game isn't THAT bad. But after first chapter it starts to feel like they've ran out of ideas and only planned begining and ending. Anyway, Moses is best character and rest is meh.

PS: Most of the fans don't even consider this canon and roll with the official comics where Chloe and Max are together.
