レシピ：ラーメン

材料（2人分）：

中華麺 2玉
鶏ガラスープ 800ml
醤油 大さじ2
にんにく 1片
しょうが 少々
チャーシュー（豚肉）適量
ゆで卵 2個
ねぎ 適量
のり（海苔）数枚
ごま油 小さじ1

作り方：

鍋に鶏ガラスープを入れ、にんにくとしょうがを加えて温める。
醤油を加えてスープの味を調える。
別の鍋で中華麺をゆでる。
麺をどんぶりに入れ、スープを注ぐ。
チャーシュー、ゆで卵、ねぎ、のりをトッピングする。
仕上げにごま油を少量たらす。

Rezept: Schnitzel (Wiener Art)

Zutaten (für 2 Personen):

2 dünne Schnitzel (Kalb oder Schwein)
2 Eier
4 EL Mehl
6 EL Semmelbrösel
Salz und Pfeffer
Öl oder Butterschmalz zum Braten
Zitronenspalten

Zubereitung:

Schnitzel flach klopfen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Drei Teller vorbereiten: Mehl, verquirlte Eier und Semmelbrösel.
Fleisch zuerst im Mehl wenden, dann durch die Eier ziehen und anschließend in den Bröseln panieren.
Öl oder Butterschmalz in einer Pfanne erhitzen.
Schnitzel bei mittlerer Hitze goldbraun ausbacken (ca. 2–3 Minuten pro Seite).
Auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen.

Mit Zitronenspalten servieren. Guten Appetit!

Przepis: Pierogi ruskie

Składniki (ok. 4 porcje):

Ciasto:

500 g mąki pszennej
250 ml ciepłej wody
1 jajko (opcjonalnie)
1 łyżka oleju
szczypta soli

Farsz:

500 g ziemniaków
250 g twarogu półtłustego
1 cebula
2 łyżki masła
sól i pieprz do smaku

Przygotowanie:

Ziemniaki ugotuj, ostudź i utłucz na puree.
Cebulę drobno posiekaj i podsmaż na maśle.
Wymieszaj ziemniaki z twarogiem i cebulą, dopraw solą i pieprzem.
Z mąki, wody, jajka, oleju i soli zagnieć elastyczne ciasto.
Rozwałkuj cienko i wycinaj krążki.
Nałóż farsz, złóż i dokładnie zlep brzegi.
Gotuj w osolonej wodzie ok. 3–4 minuty od wypłynięcia.

Podawaj z cebulką lub śmietaną. Smacznego!

Ricetta: Spaghetti al Pomodoro 🍝

Ingredienti (per 2 persone):

200 g di spaghetti
400 g di pomodori pelati (o freschi)
2 spicchi d’aglio
3 cucchiai di olio extravergine d’oliva
Sale q.b.
Basilico fresco
Parmigiano grattugiato (facoltativo)

Preparazione:

Porta a ebollizione una pentola d’acqua salata e cuoci gli spaghetti.
In una padella, scalda l’olio e fai dorare l’aglio.
Aggiungi i pomodori, schiacciali e cuoci per 10–15 minuti.
Aggiusta di sale e aggiungi il basilico.
Scola la pasta al dente e uniscila al sugo.
Mescola bene e servi con parmigiano, se vuoi.

Rețetă de Pâine cu Banane
Ingrediente:
3 banane coapte mari sau 4 mai mici (de preferință prea coapte), pasate
75g unt topit
1/2 cană zahăr tos
1 ou mare
1 linguriță bicarbonat de sodiu
un praf de sare
1,5 căni făină universală
1 linguriță extract de vanilie

Într-un bol mare, combinați untul topit cu bananele pasate (pur și simplu pasați-le cu o furculiță). Adăugați zahărul, oul ușor bătut și vanilia. Cerneți făina universală și bicarbonatul de sodiu direct în amestec, adăugând un praf de sare. Apoi amestecați cu o furculiță sau un tel până se combină ușor.

Turnați aluatul într-o tavă de chec de 10 x 20 cm, unsă și tapetată cu făină universală sau tapetată cu hârtie de copt.

Coaceți pâinea cu banane la 170°C (350°F), de preferință fără convecție, timp de 50-60 de minute sau mai puțin, sau până când o scobitoare iese curată.
