Not sure if he is severely mentally disabled or if he's just a sad, racist individual with 0 social skills and probably no life outside of bottom fragging in CS. Either way; if he's ever in your team, mute him instantly or just straight up abort the game unless you constantly want to hear him blast his mic with his annoying voice and noisy mic, blaming his teammates for every misplay he does.
