Not recommending it until they fix the multiplayer.
Considering they broke it a year ago, pretty low chance of that happening.

It's probably fine for single player or small multiplayer games.
As soon as you get to about 5 or more, it's just awful.

- Loading screens take forever. Especially the one for the main menu. What is it loading that the main menu needs?
- The "Switch" buttons on the lobby screen seems to have unpredictable effects and cause desynchronisation (on your screen, you've readied up but not for anyone else).
- Spamming the chat in the lobby has crashed someone.
- The game will randomly decide to reload and throw everyone into the loading screen. This will always cause at least one player to be desynchronised and may crash someone else. Unless you're lucky.
- If you disconnect for whatever reason, when you rejoin almost all of the time you will become desynchronised from everyone else and they won't be able to continue the game until you leave.
- Alt-tabbing. Don't do it. It's risky.
- Sometimes when you reconnect to a game you left, it will give you someone else's civilisation and you won't be able to pick yours (either there's not the option, or it just doesn't work).

Since they broke it, I've only ever been able to play one game without something going wrong and us not being able to continue due to bugs.
We recently tried playing multiplayer with around 6 people. We tried two hosts. With the first one, we got 5 turns in, with the other, 13 turns in, before the game kicked and desynced people.
