An interesting collection of pinball tables that I just didn't get to enjoy because of unknown crashes that rarely occur for me when playing any game on Steam. I contacted the developer and have asked for a refund. All the other previous games worked for me with no problems. I have to give this one a thumb down because there shouldn't be any problems with the game starting up and working correctly. If the game didn't crash and freeze up I know I would of recommended and enjoyed this collection of pinball games. I can't enjoy the game and have asked for a refund.

We offered to refund this user's purchase when he contacted us with his issue. Upon asking what type of pc he was using he was very vague in stating that its an older pc system. We sent this user a screen shot of the bug report for our title to show him that there have been zero reported issues like his, as this has been the only reported crash report we have seen since the title was released. We are sorry it would not work for his specific older pc system, but we can only guess that it does not meet the system requirements that our title requires. This title has been tested by Steam to make sure it works under the requirements, which it does with no problems. We have also done a great deal of testing on multiple pc's and multiple window versions, and we have not had any type of issue that this user is describing.

I did tell you exactly what you asked & facts are the game for whatever reason crashed many times & froze up twice FOR ME. I tried for like an hour & told you I was able to play one of the pinball games before it froze up. It kept crashing & then I went to store page to try to download demo,nothing happened,then I started up the game and it didn't crash so I tried out all the pinball games & then at the very last table it again froze up & I had to force shut down the game. When I tried to start the game back up to play the game again, again the game shut itself down/ crashed/ or turned itself off. I told you that I did not have any problems with any previous games that you made. I don't know what you did different in this game or what new thing you added in this game that made it crash for me when all the other games again I had no problems with. Guess what you now have a reported issue. I see my refund is pending.
