I have only a little time with the game, regardless of what my hours played says, because I left it running while I was working on mods. Overall, I can't really recommend it. The one time I actually tried to play the campaign, it crashed on me within 10 minutes.

Pros:

Creating a model and getting it into the game is super easy if you're familiar with Unity. I spent almost all my free time this weekend modeling and then testing it in the game. I'm going to enjoy making models for this game.

Game is looking better. It still needs some work, but I feel there's a good balance between graphics and performance.

Crashed within 10 minutes of actually attempting to play the campaign. I'm not interested in sandbox mode except to test my models; I want the management sim part of the game as much as the rest.

Modding side of the game is sorely missing some features, like the ability to give names to the individual models in a pack, set their prices, and give them descriptions.

Seriously lacking in decoratives. Sure, we can fill that section out, but they should provide a fair number of them, too.

Could never download anyone else's UGC. It always hung up on me.

04/21 Edit: UGC is still messed up after latest (04/20) patch. Most of the time I can't even see the UGC I made, and I can only see some of what other people made.

I expect to change my review some day, but unless you want to make scenery objects for the game, I'd hold out on buying it right now.
