Can't think of anything better to add here at the moment so I'm just going to post a Blueberry pancake recipe.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

1) Large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.
2) Small bowl mix egg, and milk. Combine both steps then Add fresh Blueberries

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Toppings: fresh Peach , Pear, Chopped Mango. EnJoy. Rekt
