Hi Folks, I was teaching some friends on The Johto board and we ran into a question. Can cards that allow you to use someone elses TMs be able to use solar beam? Because solar beam has to stay out for a full rotation and the cards that allow you to use other people's tms say put the card back at the end of your turn.
