Steam Can be Better.

Any average steam user is familar with this message.. Its annoying, Inconvenient..and a real headache. I feel that steam needs to be more reliable.. and provide better notification to its customers about down times.

This group is in no way a hate group for the hard working folks at Valve. I simply feel that a great thing.. can be even better. Voice your opinion and join the group. And remember, Steam ON!!!
