xTcR Wants YOU!

The following is a set of guidelines and rules for the competitive wing of xTcR.

Due to previous issues, changes within the clan, and other problems. The new competitive wing of xTcR is going to be serious and well managed.

Here is a list of positions and expectations for those positions:


(x) Team Manager:
The Team Manager will organize the team. He/She will enforce the rules of the team, set the times for the weekly practices, and generally look over the team. The manager will be on the lookout for tournaments, take attendance, and various other things. He/She does not participate as a player on the team. He/She does have to be at the weekly practices. He/She will be required to stop by at xTcR's weekly meetings at various intervals to update the clan on the teams status. The team manager will act as a guide for the team, he/she will not have a vote in team affairs. He/She will also keep track of There may be multiple managers if the team requires. In this case the managers must work closely together (AKA they must like each other and be able to work together without having cat fights every other secong), whether delegating between each other or not. This is to prevent "butting heads" and wasting time.

(x) Team Player:
The Team Player is part of the team. The team will be communist. All team players must hail Putin. Along with that, team members will work together to form a functioning team. In that sense, there is no direct leader of the team. Decisions will be made only by team consensus. Team Players must be at all weekly meetings.


During Tournaments and other events: In the case of 1 team member missing, that team will not play. If there is another team, IE Team A and B, if Team A has 1 member missing, Team B will play. Team A will not take a substitute from Team B.

There must be at least 2 practices per week. All players must be at all weekly practices except for emergencies and other special cases. Talk to the respective team managers on a case by case basis for these exceptions. That is not to say that you can't go on vacation for a week. But this is a serious commitment, its a team. And a team needs all its players. If a player misses more than 2 practices in a row without an acceptable excuse, he/she can be kicked from the team at the behest of the rest of the team and the team manager.

Positions are subject to change over the course of the life of the team for various reasons. Each team will be overseen by an LT or above.
