XCorps

XCorps is a faction on the ProblemSolvers Freeplay JC2MP server.

Members are ranked based on activity and their contributions to the faction.

Being part of a raid, road trip, base defense or job-running company is a good way to get an immediate promotion. Recruitment is also a very good way to gain rank, but you need to make sure we know about it.

Just being ON the server regularly will get you promoted steadily, up to Command Sergeant Major rank. Each day we see you on, or see that you *have* been on within the past day or so, we will rank you under this scheme.

Often, new recruits will be ranked to Private based on need or involvement. This gives new members access to beneficial features like /f goto and base heal.

The rank sequence for activity based promotions is:

Private
Private First Class
Specialist
Corporal
Sergeant
Staff Sergeant
Gunnery Sergeant
Master Sergeant
Sergeant Major
Command Sergeant Major

Activity alone will rank one up as high as Command Sergeant Major. Beyond that, contributions to the faction are what matters.

Upon reaching or exceeding the rank of Gunnery Sergeant, the faction will pay you $25000 for the purposes of buying a new weapon.

Upon reaching or exceeding the rank of Command Sergeant Major, you will be granted a barracks near the main base, and a few objects inside, plus one FactionSpawn of your choice. Warrant Officers and up are expected to relinquish their barracks after they have received a land grant to build on.
