Rules and Regulations:

1. Respect each and every member of this team.
2. Talk to your leader about anything and everything.
3. Show up to map reviews, scrimmages, and matches.
4. Ask questions.
5. Listen to your leader, she's taking on a lot of responsibility.
6. Do not harass, disrespect, insult, or otherwise cause harm to your teammates and other teams at any time.
7. Everyone has bad nights, they will not be held against you.
8. Victories will be praised.
9. Do not ignore advice given to you, and give advice to others only if you are able to be constructive.
10. Always have fun and enjoy each others' company.
11. Listen to Caine. She is your leader. Venture does not have any bearing on the team. All of you make up the team's cogs, so keep them spinning and never give up!

Enjoy your time here with the friends you have made. You never know when that time will come to an end.

Scrimms are typically on weekends, around 9 PM Eastern. Map reviews will be held a night or two before the night of the scrimmage/match.

Working on another scrimm for either Saturday or Sunday. Chances are it'll be Gullywash, seeing as we have the strategies down, we just need the opportunity to win. (Which translates to: we're going to win this fricking map okay yes good.)

Also, if you see any "well-known" players hanging out on the Windigos channel of Mumble, do not be alarmed or intimidated. Venture is creating a Steel team for Season 10 and they are his business. Let's not feel disheartened either, if we stick with this ordeal we'll get up there someday as well.

ALSO! Encourage your teammates! If they didn't have a good night playing, find at least one thing they *did* do well, and make sure you tell them! If you are going to give criticism, do it constructively, and balance it out with things you saw that were a good part of their performance. This goes for everyone, not just the leaders! Be kind and make friends, if you know that you would like reassurance, then give it to others!

Latest scrim's STV and analysis has yet to be posted. POVs may be submitted later (if applicable) for everyone's viewing.

I will not be available mostly throughout this week due to academia and an upcoming leave this weekend. Leadership will be temporarily transferred over to Lt. Caine and Tradesman.
In the meantime, here's another schedule for all of you to fill out[www.whenisgood.net]. This one covers 4/5 to 4/14.

Well I almost certainly won't be able to play tonight. Our basement is flooded. 3 inches of water. ♥♥♥♥ this Michigan weather, man. Luckily no part of my computer was submerged (this is why we keep our electronics on tables and desks children) but it'll still be a ♥♥♥♥♥ to clean up. I'll tell you guys if I can make it but expect my absence.
