Who am I and what do I do:

How I host raffles IMPORTANT
Unless stated otherwise, they're free. Basically, I have a hat with numbers in it. Then I create an announcement, stating the start of a raffle, wishing for people to comment so I can get a general idea of how many people would like to join. I then make a second announcement, which displays a range. You, as a participant, must pick a random number from that range. Third, I make a final announcement stating what number I pulled from the hat, and thus signifying the winner. The end.

If there's ever an instance of two or more people posting the same number, the only valid one is the one posted the earliest.

You CAN NOT pick more than one number. Any consecutive one is disqualified.
