A Group for the WW2 mod for Napoleon Total War

***This is a WW2 sub-mod of TGW, a ww1 mod for NTW. It is currently fully playable alongside (and requires) TGW. For more information please go to the website provided.***

The World War 2 Submod is a project with the aim of simulating, within the warscape engine, the tactical and strategic decisions that a commander of this conflict would have faced, the populations and technology at his disposal, and both the grim realities of war and the terrible consequences of defeat. Aided by the resources of TGW, this mod is intended to portray the war in a historically-correct manner, but equally to create an enjoyable and tactically-challenging gameplay experience.

We are currently releasing only custom battle versions of the mod - a campaign is underway but due to the large amount of work involved we prefer to release smaller updates along the way - in true TGW fashion. The first campaign and post-0.5 battle mods will be related to the North African theatre of WW2, and feature only the factions and units related to that portion of the war.

WW2: Sandstorm Battle Mod version 0.5 Released

We are very glad to finally release Sandstorm version 0.5, our first proper release, and the first full-team release. If you've been following this thread, you likely know about 0.5, but for those who don't: it is the first release of our North African Campaign-themed mod called Sandstorm. While currently battle-only, a campaign is in progress, which will be released as version 1.0, and be the culmination of our efforts thus far. This version has three of the factions we will eventually include: the British 8th Army, the German Afrikakorps, and the Italian 10th Army, along with their naval equivalents.

Is there a reason when I go to play multiplayer with the mod, it gets into the unit card choosing bit thing for a second or so and then says dropping from game or host or something. Its happened both to me and my friend. Thanks

Great mod, been playing it a bit now, allthough an error I quickly noticed were the spelling, it is actully ''fallschirmjäger'' not ''falschirmjäger'' :)
