i'm gonna show you the most easy way to convert custom maps from the http://www.wmdb.org/ website to your Worms Reloaded game.


Things you need and need to know
1. MS Paint ( your regular paint program)
2. Irfanview ( this you need to download but its free so no worries)
3. Worms Reloaded maps are (2560x1280) and need to be saved as .tga
4.wmdb is the website where you can choose of hundreds of custom maps.

What to do in 5 easy steps

1. Go to your steam folder which should be under your program files and open the following steam/SteamApps/Common/worms reloaded/userlandscapes

2. Once your on userlandscapes copy one of the .TGA maps that you see in the folder and place it on your desktop since we will be using this.

3.once you have the map that you wanna convert from wmdb website, open it with your regular paint program and press ctrl+a to select the whole picture. once you do that,right click and press copy. once you copy it minimize your paint program.

4.now we are gonna open the .tga file that you copied from your worms reloaded userlandscapes folder with the irfanview program.once you open it with irfanview, your gonna see the dimension on the bottom left say 2560x1280x24bpp.your gonna press ctrl+a to highlight the .tga picture. you know you did it right if you see the arrow turn to like a magnifying glass.once thats done, go to the edit option of irfanview and click on paste and your map that you copied from the paint program should replace the one that you opened with irfanview with the right demensions of 2560x1280x24bpp.

5.Final step is go to file on the irfanview program and click on (save as). you can name the file name whatever you want but make sure that where it says (save as type) that you pick (TGA-Truevision Targa).once you are all done, put the new .tga map you converted to your userlandscapes folder.
