"Workshops" is a curation community focused on the best Steam Workshop implementations and modding. Dedicated to the games that support it, the amazing modders / artists that share their creations, and all the players who participate by testing & providing feedback (and having fun).

Good workshops provide players with fresh content for their favorite games and allow them to feel like a game's content is tailored to their own liking, thus offering near-limitless replayability. This group provides a roadmap to the ones that offer the best experiences.



"Steam Workshop" is a component of the Steam platform, which allows the distribution and integration of user-generated content directly through the Steam software. This enables players to select and rate content to download, including content packages created by others. This includes:

Games can provide Steam Workshop support through the Steamworks API offered by Valve.
