If you have puchased Levels or Admin from the website, make sure you post it under the Purchases forum and one of these Admins will help you as soon as possible.

Mastershake, Stooney, Mike/Top-Penguine, AvaTar and Dink Donuts.

If you have just purchased levels recently then it may take a while for them to respond. If you have been waiting for a while then post on the forums under Problems/Complaints saying that you have been waiting for a while and still have not recieved your levels.

Do not post if you have not waited for at least 3-5 days.

Please understand and respect that some admins may be busy and may not help you right away, but they will as soon as they have time.
