The child had its brain sucked out the back of its skull while she watched and no attempt was made to intervene despite the fact that she could hear her own child's cries of pain. This shows a clear detachment from reality and her emotions; she is unable to find any sense of empathy for her child which is slowly being aborted post-birth, sucked out into space insides first (the skin follows after) through a hole no bigger than a fifty cent coin.
