Moving from SlashNet's #Wench to a Wench channel on Discord which is like a hot fusion between IRC and a VOIP, I have been using it the last few months alongside Feld and it's pretty solid so far.

It's on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android. Linux coming soon.
Mobile apps work rather well.
