New eSports team made in 2015!

Okay so thanks to Slush for suggesting this idea to me.

New members would have 1 week in the clan, if people think they should stay, they can vote yet. Or if they thing they should go. Vote no.

So, we was thinking about how we would decide our "first team roster". We thought of a fair voting system that would allow everyone to get a chance at playing in a full squad. So we decided that at the end of the week we could decide who has played the best and the worst. Players playing the worst would be "benched" so they would take the game more seriously. And strive for a win. This has been placed to stop players from slacking off and for us all to improve with disipline.
