Get a converted industrial loft space and either rent it or buy it. Rent around 2 floors. Instal hardwired internet in all rooms. Get a lawyer to write up 2 or three tiers of leases.
Instal security camera's every except bathrooms and bedrooms/dorms.
Build out walls and remove kitchen, build kitchen and cafeteria on separate floor.

$3,000 buy in with $500 a month rent basic room. You only get back a certain amount of your buy in depending on how you leave and why you leave.

Name it The /v/illa.

Roomies can bring in their own systems. System renting room with attendant. 3 attendants per day running 24 hours. Job pays portion of rent.

Every one has chores duty. You can hire a maid from within but cannot bring in an outside maid. Maids get reduced rent.

People who work outside get seperate floor above the people who do not so no one complains about banging at 4am.

Food allergies must be announced at signing of lease. All medical/psychological needs must be announced at signing of lease.

Rules are known throughout. No pirating No DLing CP. No illegal drugs. Any one get caught putting the house in danger get's a ticket out of town and a portion of his buy-in returned to him so he can vamoose without incident.

Anyone trying to falsy evict some one get's evicted with only his bus ticket and $300 bucks and his stuff returned.

Damaged rented systems get retracted from your buy-in. If it is not repaid in 3 months eviction proceedings take place (one month) and you are evicted with whatevers left of your buy in. No punishment just security and deposit kept and you leave since you can't afford to live there anymore.

Limited amounts of full time cafe/maid staff available. No freeloaders.

Girls get their own floor. Guys get their own floor. Those with outside jobs can buddy up and share living space if they want. Free-Workers floor has a small kitchen.

Minifridges are available.

My advice to anyone who is well off enough to persue this idea: look in places like Michigan, Alaska, New Hampshire, etc. Google research the costs associated with buying/selling leases, owning property, local laws surrounding renting and leasing, ♥♥♥♥ like that. If you find something worth checking out, make a few phone calls, what is the worst you could get from a phone call? A little embarrassment? If you find a worthwhile deal, look into crowdfunding options, look into kickstarter, be creative. You don't have to just buy out a few floors and get on /v/, you can make this a legit thing if you find the right resources. A lawyer and maybe a realtor would be helpful and don't be shy about what you are doing, make it known and seek real advice. If you have the means, they'll help you.

Either way, good luck /v/irgins, I'm not getting my hopes up, but I don't think it's 100% impossible either, it would just take a lot of effort to get off the ground.

The only issue with buying 2 floors of an industrial loft is you probably need a couple well off individuals to bank roll such a product and a large group of potential tenants who have steady jobs and can afford to pay rent that may or may not be pretty steep. I honestly don't think it's an impossible dream, if you look hard enough and your standards aren't retardedly high, the bankroller/s could probably jew down a desperate property owner and get a sweet deal in the process, but that is yet another can of worms altogether and could be a major headache. Hell though, if anyone put this ♥♥♥♥ together, I'd probably jump on board, I got nothing major tying me down right now and I'm capable of landing gainful employment pretty much anywhere I go.
