I love vegetable samosa

I (43M) was happily married for over 10 years to a woman (47M) whom I loved deeply. We both grew up in the same town and had known each other since high school. We had a great life together—we had two beautiful kids, a nice home, enough money to get by, and plenty of love between us.

One day, my wife made a delicious dinner featuring her signature vegetable samosas. Now, I’m not a big fan of samosas, so I only took a few bites, and I didn’t make a big fuss about it. But my wife had put a lot of effort into making the samosas, and she was disappointed I didn’t like them. I tried to reassure her that it was all good, that I still loved her cooking, but it didn’t seem to help.

The next day, my wife was acting really strange. She was uncharacteristically quiet and kept avoiding eye contact with me. Later that evening, when I asked her what was wrong, she finally snapped. She screamed at me that I was ungrateful for not appreciating her cooking, called me racist and told me that I didn’t deserve her. And then, without warning, she grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed me.

I died instantly.

My family was devastated by my sudden death, but even more so by the fact that my wife had killed me. It was a completely senseless act, and it left everyone reeling.

To this day, I still can’t believe that my wife would kill me over something so trivial. I still love her, but it’s hard to understand why she would take such an extreme measure just because I didn’t like her vegetable samosas.
