I don't think you understand how pipeline works. (That's okay, we're here to learn anyways.) Pipeline wasn't made so that Valve could recruit a bunch of teenagers to work for them, but instead to teach teenagers like yourself how to get involved in the gaming industry. Valve DID hire a small group of teens in the Seattle area, but them hiring any more is highly unlikely.

Pipeline sounds like a great project, really useful for those just starting their journey into the world of computer programming and getting as much help as they can to make into the gaming world. However from the way it looks, it will be a project based on helping those based in the USA and not have such an impact on those in other countries like myself in the UK.

I know what USOGEliteNightmare asked was just related to getting hired by Valve but his question does also relate to will the experiment of Pipeline ever have the same impact for other countries that it does currently with the USA, will Pipeline ever have the same resources and help looking at school courses for the UK and will their be opportunities for similar experiments here in the UK were Valve hire people from that particular country.
