I have an question - where i can build tech 3 buildings ( like terran Brimstone etc. ) ?
I have no idea what to do ... is that bug ?

If I am not mistaken this mod (Or at least the mod this is placed ontop of(revamp expsnasion mod)) does have a resource shareing function.
