Uncle Chou's Rice

Uncle Chou Rice farm was founded by Chou and three others on the 23rd of April, 2016 and has already grown to big proportions in the 3 days that it has been active. The business was cleverly designed to be completely scalable, profitable and enjoyable for everyone. He did this through a layering process which gives everyone a set position in the working team. Early on, he realized that there was already a rice trade in Altis, so being a fair businessman, he decided to spark up a deal with some of the existing rice farmers. He offered to let his farmers keep 80% of their intake, and the rest would be sent to him for protection and payment charges. In exchange he would let them use his large vehicles that he had on hand to grab more rice and sell it off with his brand, 'Uncle Chou Rice'.

Unlike many other factions in Altis, Chou and his team like to be treated fairly. We make sure that everyone gets what they work for, and more. Chou believes that it is more beneficial, especially for growing businesses, to be kind and fair to workers as it creates a prosperous future for both. So to this day, it continues to be a successful company.
